The wine has a lot of the characters of classic Australian Riesling, crisp and dry and distinctive in style. Lemon and citrus tones are prevalent, which seems to be very much a Strathbogie Ranges character.
It is pale-mid straw, the nose displays lemon and citrus notes with a hint of perfume and flowers. The palate is a mouth filling burst of flavour, with the lemon characteristics bursting through. The texture of the wine is quite smooth and buttery but with a fantastic acid back bone, and a long finish.
