2019 Sangiovese
$20,

It has medium body, but a capacity to age over 5 years or so to become an excellent accompaniment for, especially pasta, and other Italian inspired dishes.

2019 Shiraz
$20,
Shiraz in the Strathbogie Ranges is typically spicy and peppery – a little bit lighter in body than the wines of Australia’s more traditional regions. This makes it an excellent food wine – best with any meat dishes and cheeses.
Under the right conditions, it has great cellaring potential and will age well for a decade or more.
